A warm Suffolk welcome to Brick Kiln Farm, a 15 acre smallholding tucked away in a quiet corner of East Suffolk.
The farm dates back to the 16th century and is named for the brick kiln that was sited here, producing bricks from the clay rich soils typical of the region, to supplement the farm’s income.
Home to a small herd of Belted Galloway cattle, runner ducks, Sussex chickens and a medley of roving wildlife.
Approached from a country lane, historically designed to be wide enough to accommodate passing cattle.
Majestic oaks rising from hawthorn hedges herald your arrival at the farm and if you are lucky you may spot a hare on the gravel track or receive a gentle welcoming bellow from one of our inquisitive cows.
Suffolk is known for its big skies, and the sunrises and sunsets at the farm never fail to impress.
On a clear night the glistening stars open up a whole other universe and time spent in nature here makes for unforgettable memories.
